Additional Information

While many would refer to this as "corporate wellness", our Grant-funded process has several unique differentiators including:

  • a measurable, outcomes-oriented approach as you can't manage what you can't/don't measure;
  • a high touch, face to face methodology resulting in a very high level of employee participation;
  • ability to interface effectively with other components of the employer's benefit plan design, i.e., EAP; and
  • an emphasis on documentable improvements in employee health rather than just the typical "feel good" benefits reported by many employers who simply have periodic health fairs, lunch and learns, etc. but lack a systematic process to identify and mitigate behavioral and lifestyle risks

Under the Grant, employers receive the following:

  • complimentary bio-metric collection on all employees and dependents;
  • complimentary Health Risk Assessment on all employees and dependents;
  • one-on-one consultations for all employees and dependents to increase health awareness and to direct to appropriate next steps based upon presenting risk factors and readiness for change;
  • aggregate reporting and a consultation to review results and create a "go forward" plan;
  • on-going, on-site education to create a culture of health, wellness and prevention; and
  • a dedicated team to assist in program design and implementation including a minimum of one Corporate Health Coach and one Risk Management Consultant.

Employers participating in the Grant can receive up to $335 per employee and spouse that incorporates a comprehensive health screening, follow up, and reporting.  Click here for the breakdown or click here for the Press Release.
